Barre Express

Classical Pilates
This 45-minute Classical Pilates class is a journey through Joseph Pilates’ original Contrology system. Each week we practice the foundational sequence of the original 34 exercises, progressively adding more advanced movements, props, and variations. Designed to show the power of progression, this class builds strength, control, and confidence over time

Dynamic yoga
Dynamic flow is an intense form of vinyasa yoga with more challenging postures and sequencing. Focusing more on fluid movement and continuous transitions between poses. It is characterized by its energetic and dynamic pace, emphasis on breath linking movement, moving with rhythm, strength and resilience. Suitable for intermediate and advanced.

Power yoga
Our power yoga class is influenced by the style of ashtanga yoga, which emphases on building a practice that focuses more on control, strength, and inner stillness. Holding postures for a few breaths with an intent to increase focus. Using our breath to bring the mind into a more mediative state, cultivating more clarity and sense of calm. Suitable for intermediate and advance practitioners.

Pilates Sculpt
Expect juicy burns, tiny pulses, and satisfying shakes as we target arms, core, glutes, and legs with controlled movements, light weights, and bodyweight resistance.

The perfect start to your day. This 45minute Friday morning flow combines calm, mindful movement with gradually building energy to wake up the body and sharpen the mind.
