This will give you the opportunity to navigate your own goals, whether it be your physical posture, deeper insights in alignment and breathe control or the mental aspects including mindfulness and awareness.
Hatha
One of the oldest and most practiced forms of yoga from ancient Indian traditions. Hatha is a Sanskrit word which can be broken down into two elements. ‘Ha’ meaning sun, and ‘tha’ meaning moon. The practice of Hatha Yoga works to balance these two energies and leave you feeling more aligned, centered and balanced. The practice will vary from teacher to teacher with different postures but keeping an emphasis on breath control and alignment, a great class for beginner, intermediate or advanced practitioners.
Dynamic yoga
Dynamic flow is an intense form of vinyasa yoga with more challenging postures and sequencing. Focusing more on fluid movement and continuous transitions between poses. Our power yoga class is influenced by the style of ashtanga yoga, which emphases on building a practice that focuses more on control, strength, and inner stillness. Holding postures for a few breaths with an intent to increase focus. Using our breath to bring the mind into a more mediative state, cultivating more clarity and sense of calm. Suitable for intermediate and advance practitioners.
Mobility
Mobility is the ability to actively move a joint through its full range of motion with control and stability. Mobility involves the coordination of muscles, joints, and the nervous system to achieve functional movement, a great class for people looking to increase their mobility for sport of for those looking to age with their body gracefully. This class can range in level with multiply adaptations to suit.
